Apéro riche

Swiss-style reception: 8–12 canapés plus a warm component. Replaces a light meal.

Gala dinner

Across DE and CH

We know customs, VAT and staffing between Germany and Switzerland, and we deliver regularly to Basel-Stadt and Riehen. For Swiss clients we invoice on request in CHF with correct VAT. We take care of the paperwork — you receive a clean invoice.

These figures show where our catering starts. We cook for a buffet at €25 per person just as readily as for a gala dinner at €250. Ambition and scale decide — not the occasion.

01 Do you also deliver to Basel? +
Yes, regularly. We work on corporate events in Basel-Stadt, Riehen and Bettingen just as in Lörrach and Weil am Rhein. We handle customs and VAT.
02 How do you handle allergies and special diets in large groups? +
We label every component and offer parallel lines: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and pork-free. Halal and kosher on request with lead time.
03 How short notice can you go? +
Lunches and small receptions are often possible with three to five working days. Gala evenings for 200 guests need closer to six to eight weeks. We discuss last-minute enquiries too — just ask.
04 Do you also provide the service staff? +
Yes. Our service team comes from our own WIO houses — Eckert, Schlotzeria, Krone Inzlingen, Hotel 2places and Hotel Drei König. No agency staff, always the same faces.
05 Do you invoice in CHF? +
For our Swiss clients we issue invoices in CHF with correct VAT. Payment via a Swiss account on request.
06 What about sustainability and waste? +
We work with real reusable tableware, regional suppliers, and we calculate tightly. What’s left usually feeds our team on site.
07 Do you also do pop-up canteens? +
Yes. We set up temporary lunch service — for example when your canteen is being renovated or a site needs cover at short notice.
08 Do you offer framework contracts? +
For recurring events (quarterly receptions, board lunches, on-site dining), we offer framework terms with fixed rates and priority slots.
