May to September is peak season in southern Baden — weekends go fast. For weddings at castles or wineries, we recommend 6 to 12 months’ lead time. Outside peak season, 2 to 4 months are also realistic. We’ll tell you straight when a date gets tight.

Asparagus weddings
Baden asparagus from Hügelheim and Buggingen. Mousseline sauce on Bresse poularde stock, young herbs, new potato.
Peak season
Markgräfler strawberries, Black Forest chanterelles, regionally farmed trout. The densest stretch of our season.
Wine weddings
Preparing for harvest in the Markgräflerland. Weddings at the estates, reception among the vines, menu with regional Pinot pairings.
Game weddings
Wild boar from Black Forest shoots, roe deer from the Hochrhein, mushrooms we forage ourselves. Bolder menu lines, autumn atmosphere.
