May to September is peak season in southern Baden — weekends go fast. For weddings at castles or wineries, we recommend 6 to 12 months’ lead time. Outside peak season, 2 to 4 months are also realistic. We’ll tell you straight when a date gets tight.

Gladly. We work on request at private wineries in the Markgräflerland — wine from the estate, the menu signed by us. We bring outdoor kitchen, reinforced power supply and refrigeration solutions. We know the logistics of these venues.
02 Wedding at a castle in southern Baden — possible? +
On request we also work in castles and historic houses around the region. Listed buildings have their quirks — narrow stairs, heritage status, no permanent installations. We plan it in advance with the venue management and the couple, and come for a site visit.
03 How much lead time in peak season? +
From May to September, southern Baden is fully booked — especially Saturdays. We recommend 9 to 14 months in advance. For short-notice enquiries (under 4 months) we’ll tell you straight whether it’s realistic. Weekday weddings and April/October are often possible at shorter notice.
04 Wedding catering near Freiburg? +
Freiburg and the southern Breisgau sit inside our 100 km radius from Grenzach-Wyhlen. We work there on request at private estates, event spaces and gardens — travel and logistics calculated transparently.
05 Wedding brunch the next day? +
In high demand and doable. Brunch on the Sunday after the wedding — often with a reduced team, regional cheeses, smoked fish, warm egg dishes, pastries and Markgräfler juices. Also in a rustic format in a barn or at the winery.
