Our kitchen and service team

On every event, experienced chefs and a seasoned service team rotate from Eckert, Schlotzeria, Krone Inzlingen and the two hotels. We don’t use agency staff — we use our own people from the five WIO houses. Whoever serves you on the day learnt their craft at Eckert — or is learning it there right now.
