How end to end works

We take on the complete planning, from the first idea to the end of the evening. One contact from Eckert, every trade runs through us. You can bring individual suppliers or hand everything to us.

Full-service packages are calculated individually, depending on venue, mix of trades, guest count and ambition. You get a binding quote with all trades in one document, and a realistic range already in the first conversation.

Regional focus: Lörrach, southern Baden, Markgräflerland and Three Borders DE/CH/FR.

Full service, frequently asked questions

01 Do you only do the catering, or really everything? +
On request, really everything: venue search, catering, service, music, entertainment, decor, florist, furniture, lighting, photo and video, logistics. One contact, based at Eckert, every trade runs through us.
02 What happens if a supplier drops out? +
Several partners per trade, and we step in ourselves in emergencies. The last-minute replacement is our job, not yours.
03 One invoice or several? +
Both. Standard is one consolidated invoice with a transparent breakdown. On request, individual trades invoice directly.
04 Also in Switzerland or Alsace? +
In Switzerland regularly (Basel, Riehen, Bettingen), in Alsace on request. Cross-border logistics and customs we handle.
05 How far in advance? +
For a full event including venue search, 9 to 18 months. Shorter is possible, we tell you straight when the date gets tight.
06 Can we bring some suppliers ourselves? +
Yes. Pick the florist or the band yourself, we integrate them. Or we recommend from our network, you decide.
07 Which venues in the Three Borders? +
Private venues, Vitra in Weil am Rhein, the Kestenholz showroom in Lörrach, industrial halls and event spaces. We are building fixed partnerships with public venues.
08 Is there a minimum size? +
Full-service packages make sense from around 40 guests. Below that, catering alone plus individual modules, which we also arrange.
