We take on the full planning — from the first idea to the end of the evening. You have one contact at Eckert, every trade runs through us. Instead of ten phone calls, you make one.

Nicolai Wiedmer oversees the work — Michelin-starred chef, responsible for the concept. Behind him, the family business with his sister Larissa and their father Rainer. Our network of florists, musicians, AV partners and venues has grown, not been bought. If something goes wrong, we step in ourselves.

Nicolai Wiedmer oversees the work — Michelin-starred chef, responsible for the concept, guardian of the standard. He marks every menu and concept; on site, the WIO team from our own houses executes.

Behind him, the family business WIO-Group with his sister Larissa and their father Rainer. Our network of florists, musicians, AV partners and venues has grown, not been bought. If something goes wrong, we step in ourselves.

01 Do you only do the catering, or really everything? +
On request, really everything: venue search, catering, service, music, entertainment, decor, florist, furniture, lighting, photo/video, logistics. You have one contact, based at Eckert, and every trade runs through us.
02 What happens if a supplier drops out? +
We have several partners per trade and step in ourselves in emergencies. If someone fails at the last minute, we sort the replacement — not you.
03 One invoice or several? +
Both are possible. Standard: one consolidated invoice with transparent breakdown. On request, individual trades can invoice directly.
04 Does it also work in Switzerland or Alsace? +
In Switzerland regularly (Basel, Riehen, Bettingen), in Alsace on request. We handle the cross-border logistics and customs.
05 How far in advance should I contact you? +
For a full event including venue search, we recommend 9 to 18 months in advance. Shorter is possible — we’ll tell you straight when the date gets tight.
06 Can we bring some suppliers ourselves? +
Yes. You can pick the florist or the band yourself, we integrate them. Or we recommend from our network — you decide.
07 Which venues do you recommend in the Three Borders region? +
We work regularly in private venues, at Vitra in Weil am Rhein, in the Kestenholz showroom in Lörrach and in various industrial halls and event spaces. We’re building fixed partnerships with public event venues right now.
08 Is there a minimum size? +
Full-service packages make sense from around 40 guests. Below that, we recommend catering alone plus individual modules — which we also arrange.
