Three countries, one kitchen
The border as routine, not as an obstacle
Our base is in Grenzach-Wyhlen, about ten kilometres east of Basel, at the borders with Switzerland and France. What for guests is a journey, for us is the everyday. We cater cross-border without you noticing it in the flow of the event.

We speak as the region speaks
In the Three Borders region, High German is just one language among several. Swiss German, Markgräfler dialect, French: our team understands them all. In Basel we speak to hosts in CH logic, in Alsace with French politeness, in southern Baden directly. That makes the difference on the day.
Even trinational guest lists with different expectations come together in one evening, provided language and table logic are prepared.

What we bring across the border
Catering across three countries is a matter of preparation, not luck. Declarations, paperwork, invoicing logic, staff: rehearsed over years.

Customs and paperwork
We declare catering deliveries at the border, handle customs clearance and the return of tableware. You see none of it.

VAT and currency
Invoice in euros, with the amount also shown in CHF at the daily rate on request. Swiss import VAT handled by us. Alsace according to French rules.

Tableware logistics
Tableware, glasses, cutlery, linen travel with us, also across the border. We collect on the next business day, no storage at your place.

Multilingual service
Service staff from our own WIO houses: German, English, French depending on the guest list. No agency staff, no language issue on the night.
