Our production kitchen is the kitchen of Hotel & Restaurant Eckert at Baslerstrasse 20. When we work in Grenzach-Wyhlen, there’s barely any travel — we don’t spend hours hauling refrigerated lorries across the region; we prepare on site.
That means: ultra-fresh components, fish and vegetables that don’t wait in warming cabinets, sauces finished just before plating. Catering under Nicolai Wiedmer — the same signature that has defined Eckert for years, brought to your event.
Being close also means responsiveness at short notice: same-day adjustments, an extra platter, a last-minute diet — for us on site, not a problem.
